House Rules

IMPORTANT

If you break any of the house rules you will have to leave immediately with no compromise.

NOISE CURFEW

Quite hours 11-8am. Please respect our neighbours. In the case of a complaint about excessive noise, we reserve the right to end your rental agreement with immediate effect and you’ll be asked to vacate the property, without any refund of the rental amount paid. 

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited indoors and is allowed strictly on the balcony only. Please use the ashtray provided and dispose of it upon checkout. You will be fined 200 euros.

NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORISED GUESTS.

We have a zero-tolerance policy. Be advised that we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property with immediate effect if they do not abide by the rules.

DISHES

Please wash your dishes after use. 

CLEANING

Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees set out through Airbnb are only to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.

LOST KEYS

50 euro fee will be applied per lost key.
